During the classical era (c. 510 – c. 323 BC), Greece was constituted of city states. The most powerful city-states at that time were Athens Sparta, Thebes, Corinth.
You are the leaders of these 4 city states that at time cooperated or fought with other.
And indeed, during several rounds of decision making you must engage either to
- trade (cooperate) or
- go to war (compete)
The Winning Team is the one achieving the Highest Prosperity for its city.
